Mr. Vacek is an Affirmative Action Analyst with the Affirmative Action & Diversity Consulting Team of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He specializes in all facets of affirmative action program development, development of statistical analyses and technical assistance.

Mr. Vacek joined the Affirmative Action & Diversity Consulting Team in 2007, having been employed by Seyfarth Shaw since 2001. Prior to his current role, Mr. Vacek served in the Firm’s Records Department where he was responsible for maintaining and managing the firm’s client intake database.

In his current role, Mr. Vacek assists clients in a variety of industries across multi-facility establishments on a nationwide basis. His responsibilities include: 

  • Review and validation of client data and the development of affirmative action plans including related analyses for affirmative action compliance purposes.
  • Development of compensation analyses, including the model currently recommended by the National Office of the OFCCP.
  • Development of impact ratio analyses using individual human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers and terminations. 
  • Assisting in the OFCCP Compliance Evaluation process, including the gathering of materials responsive to an OFCCP request for documents.
