The Boston office was established in 1999 with two partners and five associates and has since experienced substantial growth through a series of strategic acquisitions. Located in Boston’s vibrant Seaport District, more than 70 attorneys now practice in the areas of labor and employment, commercial litigation, securities litigation, immigration, intellectual property, trade secrets, loan workouts, foreclosures, bankruptcy, real estate, construction, and corporate and finance. Our clients include global corporations as well as regional and local businesses who rely on our deep bench strength, and our experienced team of attorneys and professionals widely considered thought-leaders in their field both locally and nationally. We adhere to a strong attorney/client partnering philosophy and are diligent in providing the same level of commitment to each client.
In addition to pro bono legal work, the Boston office is proud to participate in many community service projects. Best Buddies International, the flagship charity of the Boston office for over 10 years, is an organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to secure rewarding jobs, live on their own, become inspirational leaders and make lifelong friendships. As a number of our Boston office families are touched by intellectual disabilities, many of our staff and attorneys are personally connected to this wonderful organization to which they have a special and personal interest in helping through a sustained commitment. In addition to serving on local and national Best Buddies Boards and being individual volunteers, we have for several years maintained office-wide participation in the annual Audi Best Buddies Challenge Hyannis Port bike ride.
Other significant volunteer efforts include participating in the Boston Department of Social Service's Children’s Gift Drive, working with our New York office to support Jumpstart, and supporting Pie in the Sky for Community Servings.
