Ms. Heine joined the Legal Project Management Office (LPMO) of Seyfarth Shaw LLP in 2011 as an Associate Legal Project Manager.  In her role, she works on a variety of firm-wide, interdepartmental and cross-functional projects.  Ms. Heine has managed several electronic document collection and production projects and was instrumental in managing and developing a best practices road map for the eDiscovery process.  Most recently, Ms. Heine has successfully managed a large-scale, cross-continent bank restructuring project under SeyfarthLean Consulting, the Firm’s wholly owned subsidiary that focuses on the implementation of SeyfarthLean solutions in enterprise legal, HR and procurement functions.

Ms. Heine draws upon more than 20 years legal industry experience as a Paralegal in areas such as complex commercial, construction and class action litigation.  Ms. Heine was involved in all facets of litigation, from the inception of a case, through discovery and trial.  In this role, she received extensive experience with case management and other operational aspects of the industry. 

Seyfarth’s Legal Project Management Office was founded in 2004 and is strategically aligned with the Firm’s practice areas. The LPMO employs full-time, dedicated project management professionals who partner with attorneys on the delivery of efficient, high quality, value added legal services.  The LPMO team employs a discipline of project management, Lean Six Sigma, knowledge management, and innovative technologies to deliver client-defined business solutions.
