Biography
Mr. Chatilovicz is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office where he specializes in handling labor and employment law matters on behalf of management. He has an extensive practice in the D.C. metropolitan region and represents employers in many of this area’s industries. Mr. Chatilovicz is chief labor counsel for the Hotel Association of Washington, D.C. and has negotiated the master hotel agreement for the unionized hotels for the past 25 years.
Mr. Chatilovicz handles collective bargaining negotiations, union avoidance, representation, unfair labor practice, and other National Labor Relations Act matters for clients throughout the country. He also advises clients on discrimination, ADA, family and medical leave, wage and hour and affirmative action matters. Mr. Chatilovicz was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law School from 1988-1994 where he taught labor law in the masters program. He has lectured to industry and professional groups throughout the country and has written numerous articles in his field.
