Mr. Young is an associate in Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Chicago office. He is a member of the OSHA Compliance, Enforcement & Litigation group. His practice includes workplace safety and whistleblower litigation, OSHA regulatory compliance counseling, and MSHA compliance counseling and enforcement.

Mr. Young has experience in all aspects of labor and employment counseling and litigation, including wage and hour, traditional labor, employment discrimination, and restrictive covenants. He has also litigated in state and federal courts across the state of Illinois as a law firm associate and as an Assistant Attorney General.

Mr. Young maintains a full-fee and pro bono practice in litigation relating to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. He has secured favorable outcomes on behalf of foreign parents in federal courts in the Northern District of Illinois, and has been given a certificate of appreciation from the United States Department of State, Office of Children's Issues for his work on behalf of Hague Convention clients. 

Mr. Young is proficient in Spanish.
