Amber Millhouse is a Senior Associate in the International Employment Law practice at Seyfarth Shaw Australia.

Amber is a workplace relations lawyer with extensive employment litigation experience. She regularly assists leading employers to manage industrial disputes, including in relation to enterprise bargaining and industrial action, as well as termination and adverse action claims. 

Amber has also worked in Hong Kong assisting multinational corporate clients to manage multi-jurisdictional employment law projects across the Asia Pacific region.

  • A leading logistics provider in respect of its bargaining negotiations and litigation in the Fair Work Commission (2015).
  • A major steel manufacturer in relation to the execution of its bargaining strategy and managing multiple Fair Work Commission proceedings (2014-2015).
  • The State Government of Queensland, delivery strategic legal and advisory services arising from substantial industrial relations reform in the public sector (2013-2014).
