Ms. Bider is an associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  A member of the Labor & Employment department, she represents management in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including the defense of class and single-plaintiff actions and employment counseling.

Ms. Bider’s litigation experience includes the representation of employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies regarding claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal and state employment laws.  She also defends employers in litigation involving federal and state wage and hour laws.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Bider counsels employers regarding a variety of employment-related legal issues, including compliance with federal and state employment laws and wage and hour laws, personnel policies, employee handbooks, and other risk management issues.
