Anne V. Dunne is a litigation associate in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Boston office, and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Construction, Securities and Financial Litigation, Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Distribution & Franchise Litigation and Counseling practice groups.  Ms. Dunne is also a member of the White Collar, Internal Investigations and False Claims Team.  Her clients include banking institutions, manufacturers, supermarkets, contractors and various other business ventures.

In her role as a member of the Consumer Financial Services Litigation practice group, Ms. Dunne regularly represents consumer banks and financial services companies in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dunne was an associate at a regional firm where she gained substantial litigation experience in the areas of general liability, construction defect and product liability.  During law school, Ms. Dunne interned at the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Massachusetts, where she served as a member of the Public Corruption Unit trial team during the three week conspiracy and fraud trial of “Big Dig” contractor managers.  Ms. Dunne participated in the University of Georgia School of Law's Prosecutorial Clinic, where she served as third year prosecutor in Superior Court for both the Office of the Attorney General, State of Georgia, and the Western Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation, she was awarded a Public Interest Fellowship, which she completed at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Homicide Unit.
