Chris Kelleher is an associate in the Chicago office and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Department. Mr. Kelleher focuses his practice in both labor relations and employment law, including complex and single-plaintiff litigation, wage & hour litigation, arbitration, and employment counseling.

Mr. Kelleher defends employers against claims of age, sex, disability, race, national origin, and religious discrimination, as well as retaliation claims. He also represents clients in collective bargaining and grievance disputes as well as unfair labor practice and representation proceedings. Mr. Kelleher completed all courses which comprised Seyfarth’s Labor University and he is now a certified member of the firm’s Labor Relations group. Mr. Kelleher has also represented multiple clients on a pro-bono basis, including in corporate counseling, federal litigation, and immigration proceedings.

Before joining Seyfarth, Mr. Kelleher clerked with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in the Civil Actions Bureau where he represented Cook County Sheriff's police and medical personnel in deliberate indifference, police pursuit, and wrongful death cases. He was also named Volunteer Law Student of the Year (2013) at Cabrini Green Legal Aid where he assisted former convicts in obtaining employment. Mr. Kelleher worked as a Summer Fellow at Seyfarth in 2014 and joined the firm the following year.
