Mr. White is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Chicago office.

Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Mr. White defended Illinois laws from constitutional challenges and public officials from civil rights lawsuits as an Assistant Attorney General.  He has extensive federal court litigation experience and has been admitted to the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

During law school, Mr. White was a member of the Loyola Law Journal and later became a Lead Articles Editor. Mr. White's Comment examining the role of the Internet in redefining the actual malice standard for public official defamation won the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology's writing competition and was published.
