Companies that do business in areas related to consumer privacy must contend with a complex array of federal and state regulations in an increasingly active litigation environment. Connor helps companies face these challenges by assisting in litigation involving single-plaintiff claims and class actions asserted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other consumer protection statutes.

Connor has litigated a broad range of commercial disputes, including matters involving consumer privacy, cybersecurity, trade secrets, contract disputes, professional liability, land use and zoning, and insurance coverage. Connor's extensive litigation experience has made him uniquely adept at recognizing and addressing latent and ancillary issues that often arise during the course of litigation.

Connor has successfully defended businesses at the trial and appellate levels of both federal and state court. He is committed to resolving claims in a prompt, cost-effective manner and has helped to obtain numerous dismissals, summary judgements, and directed verdicts on behalf of his clients. He has also authored several winning briefs and presented oral arguments at the appellate level.
