  • Representation of the developer in the restructure of a trophy SOHO property, which included the $27 million buyout of an institutional equity partner, the $67 million purchase of a commercial condominium from another institutional equity partner, and three tranche financing in the aggregate amount of $127.5 million
  • Representation of the senior lender and agent in the financing and syndication of a $420 million multi-state acquisition of nine shopping centers located throughout New England
  • Representation of the developer in the $130 million refinancing of a hotel and retail complex that included mezzanine financing and a tri-party hotel lease amendment
  • Representation of the senior lender and agent in the financing and syndication of a $60 million loan secured by a trophy property in New York City arising out of a bankruptcy proceeding
  • Representation of the developer in the $72 million flip acquisition of a Madison Avenue property that included an expedited closing, and coordinating a securitized mortgage loan and a mezzanine loan
