Ms. Hadl’s practice focuses on employment discrimination, retaliation and sexual harassment litigation, including the representation of a wide variety of clients and corporate management against race, sex, age, and disability claims in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies. Ms. Hadl has represented employers in a broad range of labor and employment claims and complex litigation matters.  Ms. Hadl has worked with both national and regional employers in various industries, including health, technology, manufacturing, telecommunications and insurance. Ms. Hadl also routinely counsels clients outside of the litigation context, providing advice regarding various legal aspects of the employee/employer relationship, including hiring, discipline, termination, leave, exempt classification, pay, and compliance issues.
 
Ms. Hadl received her J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2001. While in law school, Ms. Hadl held an externship with Judge Joan Dempsey Klein, Presiding Justice of Division Three of California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal.
