Joshua represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants, unfair competition, contract, and intellectual property claims in both state and federal court. His experience includes the prosecution and defense of trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and patent infringement claims.
Joshua has extensive experience in trial preparation, discovery, and law and motion. He also advises clients on noncompetition, nonsolicitation, and nondisclosure agreements, protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, and litigation avoidance strategies.
