Dan has extensive knowledge on various matters including, but not limited to, municipal bond financing, capital markets financings, including CMBS transactions, "bondable" leases, synthetic leases and other off-balance sheet (OBS) transactions, capital leases, and operating leases. Dan assists members of Georgia's general assembly in drafting economic development legislation that has become law in the state of Georgia.

Dan's knowledge in structuring complex financing is well known with authorities and local governments. He is frequently asked to speak at various events and meetings.
