Mr. Streck is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, with a broad based labor and employment practice. He has experience assisting clients in avoiding litigation through compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act and also in responding to claims of age, sex, national origin or disability discrimination and sexual harassment. In addition, Mr. Streck is experienced in counseling clients on corporate reorganizations and on avoiding litigation in connection with both individual terminations and large scale reductions-in-force. Mr. Streck also has experience in handling labor arbitration cases, election campaigns, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, labor contract negotiations and in assisting clients maintain positive employee relations.

Mr. Streck conducts management and human resources training on compliance with labor and employment laws. Mr. Streck also performs positive employee relations training for supervisors, conducts audits of client facilities to minimize the risk of union organizing activities and assists management in identifying methods for effectively and lawfully dealing with employee issues.
