More About Diana

Diana is a seasoned class action and single-plaintiff litigator whose practice focuses on the financial services, tech, and media industries. She has spent more than three decades defending national and global clients in more than 200 class and collective actions and PAGA actions, spanning from wage and hour to ERISA and securities class actions. Diana also has vast experience conducting cross-border and other internal investigations involving high-level executives. Clients have described her as “a very talented litigator” who is “efficient and highly responsive.”

She has lectured and published articles on financial litigation, ERISA litigation, unfair competition, and many aspects of employment law. Diana has been quoted on employment and business litigation matters in, amongst other publications, Fortune Magazine, Fortune Small Business Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, The Industry Standard, The Los Angeles Daily Journal, and CEO Magazine.

Diana continues to serve on the Labor & Employment leadership team and the firm’s Lawyer Development Committee.
