Elizabeth MacGregor is an associate in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. 
 
Ms. MacGregor’s practice focuses on representing employers at all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. Ms. MacGregor has experience defending against both class-action and single-plaintiff cases, and has represented employers at the appellate level.  She has defended employers against claims involving allegations of wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and constructive discharge.  Ms. MacGregor has also advised employers on employee-handbook policies, arbitration agreements, and wage and hour compliance.
 
Ms. MacGregor graduated from the University of California-Davis School of Law, where she was awarded Order of the Coif and received Witkin awards for academic excellence in Labor Law, Federal Income Taxation and International Law. She also served as a member of the Journal of International Law and Policy.
