More About Elizabeth

Elizabeth represents employers at all stages of litigation in both state and federal court, with an emphasis on wage-and-hour class actions. She also advises employers on matters related to wage-and-hour compliance, employee handbook policies, and arbitration agreements.

Elizabeth has nearly 10 years of experience defending clients in class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, and multi- and single-plaintiff litigation. She has represented employers in cases alleging wage-and-hour matters, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Elizabeth has represented employers in claims related to exempt misclassification, on-call time, off-the-clock work, time-clock rounding, meal and rest periods, wage statements, and claims asserted under PAGA. She has also advised on these matters and other labor and employment issues.

At Seyfarth, Elizabeth enjoys having the opportunity to work with clients, learn about their industries, and collaborate with them on a range of labor and employment matters.
