Elizabeth also has significant experience with nonimmigrant work visas, PERM/permanent residence applications, and immigration-related agency investigations and audits. Her client base has included Fortune 100 corporations, and small and startup businesses from industries including information technology, automotive manufacturing, and financial services.
Elizabeth has also assisted companies by performing I-9 audit reviews and she has developed and presented immigration training programs for corporate human resources professionals on topics including compliance with I-9 and Department of Labor regulations as well as the E-Verify system.
