Mr. McGilvray is a Project Manager in the Litigation Information Management Office at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  In his role, he supports attorneys and case teams nationally primarily through Seyfarth Shaw’s SeyfarthEdge program.  Mr. McGilvray draws on his experiences on the law firm and vendor sides of eDiscovery to advise case teams and clients in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.  His responsibilities include litigation database design, setup and management; the collection and processing of electronically stored information; early case assessment; advice and consultation on large document reviews and document review management; production of ESI to parties of litigation; and preparation of documents for use at depositions and trial.
