Esteban (Steve) Ferrer is the National Chair of the Corporate Department and is resident in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Mr. Ferrer’s practice is focused on corporate governance, private and public equity finance, securities law compliance, and mergers and acquisitions (including strategic corporate alliances). Mr. Ferrer’s client base encompasses financial institutions, private capital firms, and healthcare and biotechnology companies. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Ferrer also has experience in a variety of cross-border transactions in Latin America.
