Gershon is a dedicated, hard-working attorney who constantly strives to find creative and innovative solutions to resolving complex commercial disputes.

More About Gershon

Gershon partners with clients on an array of commercial litigation, business disputes, real estate-related litigation, and other civil litigation matters, including complex real estate and partnership disputes, consumer fraud class actions, false advertising claims, tax lien foreclosures, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights. He also has extensive experience representing educational and other institutions in actions brought under the New York Child Victim Act (CVA).

Gershon began his practice in civil litigation, focusing on premises liability and construction-related accident defense. He then took that litigation and courtroom experience and applied it to his commercial litigation practice. He appears regularly in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, and has broad experience before many state court judges. This provides him with a unique, long-view perspective to litigation and allows him to craft creative solutions to resolve disputes favorably.

Gershon served as an Alexander Fellow, working as a junior clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf, US District Court for the Eastern District of New York, a role for which he was competitively selected by a Cardozo Law School faculty committee.

"I am a proud member of the Seyfarth team, and I enjoy working with top-notch attorneys that are creative and highly capable."
