Janet Wilson is an attorney in the Firm’s International Employment Law practice based in the San Francisco Office.
 
Janet’s practice focuses on all aspects of international employment law, from day-to-day employment issues and drafting employment agreements, privacy notice and consent forms, termination agreements, and employee handbooks to complex global HR projects involving multi-jurisdictional workforce restructures, employment law compliance issues, and policy reviews. She has also helped clients with the standardization of global employment contract templates, confidentiality and intellectual property agreement templates, and various agreements used in connection with localizing international assignees.  She has experience managing global projects, but primarily focuses on the APAC and Americas regions.
 
Janet brings the perspective of both outside and in-house counsel to her work, having managed international employee relations matters, advised on employment issues arising out of acquisitions, and managed multi-jurisdictional acquisition integrations as both acquiror and acquiree.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Janet specialized in labor and employment law and held senior HR roles at high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.
 
Janet has limited working proficiency in Korean and an elementary proficiency in Spanish.
