Mr. Beckham is senior counsel in the Corporate Department of the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He is a member of the Corporate Finance team.
 
Mr. Beckham represents lenders, borrowers and various governmental authorities in a wide variety of private and public financing transactions (i.e., LBOs, asset-based facilities, syndicated and club facilities, real estate financings, project financings, DIP financings, and working capital loans) ranging from $10MM to $7.5BN.  Mr. Beckham has closed numerous financing transactions throughout the United States and abroad (i.e., Canada, India, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, Iceland, Cayman Islands, Mexico, Brazil, South Korea and Japan).  His experience includes industry expertise in the media, communications, entertainment, healthcare and energy sectors.
