Jeremy Gordon is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he focuses on commercial real estate transactions for retail, office, industrial and multi-family residential properties. Mr. Gordon represents property owners, investors, lenders, operators, developers and tenants in all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development and leasing at the local, regional and national level. His practice includes representation of publicly traded REITs and mortgage REITs in portfolio acquisitions, securitized financings, registrations and stock offerings, as well as private and closely held property owners in complex debt transactions and like-kind exchanges.

Mr. Gordon previously served as the general counsel for a beverage manufacturer where he was responsible for all of the legal functions and regulatory compliance of an emerging international venture.
