Joanne Flitcroft is counsel in the International Labour, Employment and Safety practice of Seyfarth Shaw Australia.

Joanne's role involves incident management, including attendance at client sites, advising clients during coronial inquests, defending employers and directors prosecuted by the regulator and providing employers with advice on due diligence, regulatory compliance and policies and standards. She has also advised on the health and safety issues involved in contractual relationships.
