Ms. Clark is counsel in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw concentrating her practice on representing and counseling employers in a variety of areas of labor and employment law.  Ms. Clark litigates single and multi-plaintiff actions under various federal laws, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar state discrimination laws.  She has also represented management in matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Illinois State Labor Relations Act, including grievance arbitrations and unit clarification petitions.

Ms. Clark is a member of the Seyfarth Women's Network and serves on the firm's National Women's Leadership Team.
