Ms. Kazura-Huynh is a senior member of the Immigration Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Ms. Kazura-Huynh has considerable experience in the preparation and filing of both Nonimmigrant and Immigrant visa petitions.  She has prepared L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, O-1, TN-1, petitions on behalf of clients companies of varying sizes and industries.  She has prepared hundreds of traditional and “RIR” applications, and has experience preparing labor certifications under the Department of Labor’s new “PERM” on-line filing system.  She also has prepared numerous Employment-based Immigrant Visa petitions and Adjustment of Status applications.

Ms. Kazura-Huynh is the account manager and Senior Paralegal for several Seyfarth Shaw clients, and works with Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, medical research facilities, and private corporations.

Ms. Kazura-Huynh is a 1994 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Russian Language.  Ms. Kazura-Huynh has taught both Russian to English-speaking students in the United States, and English to Russian-speaking students in Russia, and is still functional in the Russian language. 

Ms. Kazura-Huynh joined Seyfarth Shaw after four years of employment with a prominent immigration firm in Phoenix, Arizona.  She specialized in the preparation and filing of traditional and “RIR” labor certifications, and prepared many nonimmigrant and immigrant applications.

Ms. Kazura-Huynh began her immigration career in 1994 with the U.S. Dept. of State’s National Visa Center in Portsmouth, NH after returning from study abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia.  She worked as a Visa Processing Specialist and Congressional Liaison, and interacted daily (telephonically and in writing) with members of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Office of the Attorney General, USCIS (formerly the INS), the U.S. Dept. of State’s Visa Office, attorneys of record, and the general public regarding family-based and employment-based immigrant visa applications, as well as adoption, refugee/asylee, and abuse petitions.  Ms. Kazura-Huynh was honored several times by the Dept. of State with their NVC Excellence Award for her exceptional response time, commitment to excellence, and outstanding performance and knowledge.
