Ms. Craig is an analytics specialist with the Labor & Employment Group/OFCCP & Affirmative Action Compliance Consulting Team of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  She specializes in all facets of affirmative action program development, development of statistical analyses, and technical assistance and advice regarding compliance audits. 

Ms. Craig joined Seyfarth Shaw in September 2013.  She previously worked in the role of Sr. Human Resources Compliance Specialist at one of the nation’s largest E&P energy companies.  Ms. Craig gained extensive employment law experience during her 18 ½-year tenure at a large Global law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where, for three years she specialized in the preparation of Affirmative Action Plans, pay equity analyses, and OFCCP Audit submissions.  She has assisted single and multi-facility establishments across a variety of industries on a national basis.  Her expertise includes: 

  • Development of affirmative action plans using clients’ databases or other information, including assistance in developing internal reporting and auditing mechanisms for affirmative action compliance; and
  • Impact ratio analysis using individual client human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
