Ms. Montgomery is an associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor & Employment department, she represents management in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including the defense of class and single-plaintiff actions and employment counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Montgomery gained substantial litigation experience representing plaintiffs in their personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability claims in Massachusetts Superior Court.

Ms. Montgomery participated in BU Law's Criminal Clinic during law school where she defended accused criminals in Boston Juvenile and Boston Municipal Courts on a range of offenses. She also volunteered with various legal aid organizations around Boston and was awarded BU Law's Pro Bono Certificate on graduation.

The New England Super Lawyers publication and Boston Magazine recognized Ms. Montgomery as a “Rising Star” in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
