As Global Director of Seyfarth’s Legal Project Management Office, Ms. Craig leads the industry’s largest legal project management program in the world.  As client-facing business partners, the Legal Project Management Office drives the efficient delivery of legal services by applying their expertise in agile project management and process improvement to enhance the client experience.  Their partnership with Seyfarth’s Legal Technology Innovations Office positions the LPMO to identify and assemble architected business solutions for the Firm’s clients.

Ms. Craig is an active leader in driving the Firm’s distinctive client service model -- SeyfarthLean® -- a combination of lean six sigma, innovative technologies, knowledge management, alternative fee structures, continuous improvement and project management.  Ms. Craig has co-developed the curriculum and delivery of the Firm’s SeyfarthLean Yellow Belt program and is a member of the Firm’s SeyfarthLean Steering Committee.

She is the 2011 recipient of the International Legal Technology Association’s (“ILTA”) Professional Services Champion of the Year Award for her leadership in legal project management.  She is an active member of the Project Management Institute and is working in collaboration with the American Bar Association to develop project management curriculum for legal practitioners.  She is a frequent speaker on legal project management and process improvement and has authored several articles on same.
