As Managing Director of Lean Solutions, Ms. Craig leads one of the industry’s most mature legal project management, process improvement and technology consultants. These professionals help drive innovative business solutions by applying their expertise in process improvement and change management. Ms. Craig has extensive experience in leading successful process improvement projects through the application of techniques gained from her Project Management Professional (“PMP”) certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Ms. Craig also provides consultation to in-house legal teams and Seyfarth Shaw attorneys to improve the practice of law. 
 
Ms. Craig is an active leader in driving the firm’s distinctive client service model, SeyfarthLean. Ms. Craig has co-developed the curriculum and delivery of the SeyfarthLean, led and oversaw several of Seyfarth’s Green Belt projects and is an active member of the SeyfarthLean Steering Committee.
 
Ms. Craig is the 2011 recipient of the International Legal Technology Association’s (“ILTA”) Professional Services Champion of the Year Award for her leadership in legal project management. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and has collaborated with the American Bar Association to advise on the development of project management curriculum for legal practitioners. She is a frequent speaker on legal project management, legal process improvement and has addressed law school students educating them on these topics. She is a faculty member of Practising Law Institute and has authored several articles related to her field.
