Kristen is an associate in the International Group in the Sydney office of Seyfarth Shaw Australia.  

Kristen provides advice to clients across a broad range of industries and has experience working across labour, employment and safety laws.  

With particular experience assisting with workplace health and safety litigation including with the preparation of responses to statutory Notices issued under the WHS Act and criminal trials instigated under the WHS Act, as well as assisting with the process of entering into enforceable undertakings.

Assisting clients with their labour and employment needs includes supporting on termination of employment, employee entitlements, industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining, discrimination and harassment claims, general protection claims and unfair dismissal claims.  

Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Kristen worked at an ASX listed technology company.
