Ms. Byron is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Byron initially joined Seyfarth Shaw as a Labor & Employment Fellow, part of an innovative training-focused program for law students. She is involved in the Wage & Hour, Employment Litigation and Counseling, and Environmental Health & Safety Practice Groups.
 
Ms. Byron's practice focuses on wage and hour collective action, class action and discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, with experience in claims under both the IDHR and EEOC as well as a unique focus in gender-based harassment and discrimination.
 
Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Ms. Byron was part of a nonprofit organization providing legal defense to individuals in St. Louis City and County, Missouri. She serves on the National LGBT Bar Association's Governance Committee.
