Laura represents management in all areas of employment litigation with emphasis in the areas of sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, disability and gender discrimination, and retaliation.


More About Laura

Laura is the co-chair of the Labor and Employment department in Century City. Her practice is focused on employment litigation, with an emphasis on sexual harassment, whistleblowing and disability discrimination. She also has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, executive trainings, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Her practice also includes litigation against the EEOC and DFEH and the defense of class, collective and multi-plaintiff actions.

Laura has extensive experience successfully defending employers on summary judgment, appeals and in mediation. She also has considerable trial and arbitration experience, having defended employers at trial in state and federal court and before arbitrators.

Laura is a frequent speaker on a variety of employment law and litigation topics, including #MeToo issues.
