Mr. Dowley is a partner in the Real Estate and Corporate Departments in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. 

His real estate practice focuses on real estate finance, entity structuring and formation, acquisitions, zoning, land use and permitting, construction and permanent financing, joint ventures and partnerships, leases, and dispositions of all property types. His finance and investment work includes a wide range of large and complex debt and equity transactions. 

His corporate practice focuses on banking and finance matters. He represents institutional clients in commercial finance transactions, asset-based lending transactions, traditional working capital and equipment loan facilities, structured real estate financings, and workouts/restructurings. Mr. Dowley also counsels several companies in connection with formation issues and other general corporate matters. 

Mr. Dowley is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Real Estate Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association. In 2010 he was selected to participate in the Boston’s Future Leaders program by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Dowley is also a member of the Young Professionals Group of Horizons for Homeless Children and a member of the Winchester Country Club.
