Nichole Tyrese Cain is an attorney with the Labor & Employment Department in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office.  Ms. Cain previously served as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Illinois.  She presided over appeal hearings concerning various Medicaid programs, as well as cases concerning charges of abuse and/or neglect in state operated centers for integrated living (CILAs).

Ms. Cain currently serves on the Board of Directors for Just the Beginning Foundation, whose mission is to both encourage career opportunities in the legal field and provide mentoring to inner-city youth.  She is a former summer fellow for the Public Interest Law Initiative of Greater Chicago (PILI).  After her summer fellowship, Ms. Cain served as a law student board member on PILI’s Board of Directors.
