Rachel Gradstein is an associate in the Labor & Employment department in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  She represents corporate clients in class and single-plaintiff actions, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.  Ms. Gradstein also has traditional labor experience.

Additionally, Ms. Gradstein is part of the firm's Pro Bono department, providing legal services and advocacy to the underserved.  Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Ms. Gradstein worked as a law clerk at the Children's Law Center where she represented children who were abused, neglected, or abandoned and under the protection of the Los Angeles Dependency Court system.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Gradstein obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and worked as a therapist for low income families and children.
