Ralph Berman is counsel in the Litigation department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's New York Office.  Mr. Berman focuses his practice on commercial litigation involving real estate, corporate and partnership disputes and general commercial matters, as well as matters involving bankruptcy and securities, commodities and derivative products.  He has appeared in a variety of forums, prosecuting and defending against complex claims at both the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts, as well as in regulatory and enforcement proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, Real Estate Board of New York, FINRA, Chicago Board Options Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
