Sam Witton is a Senior Associate in the International Labour, Employment and Safety practice of Seyfarth Shaw in Australia.

Sam has significant experience assisting clients across the full spectrum of employment, industrial and safety laws. Sam is fascinated by people, trains, planes, automobiles and potentially hazardous processes and, as a result, has a particular specialty in work health and safety law and its interactions with employment and industrial issues.

Sam has worked with organisations and directors across a number of industries, local, state and federal governments and the not for profit sector supporting the delivery of some of the biggest and most ambitious projects in Australia. Advising on proactive health and safety strategies, legislative compliance, industrial, employment and safety disputes, workplace fatalities and incidents and coronial inquests.  

Sam has particular experience in construction, road and rail safety, mining and oil and gas and has assisted clients across all sectors in their interactions with safety regulators.
