More About Samantha

Corporate clients must navigate an increasingly challenging US immigration landscape in their quest to hire highly qualified and talented information technology professionals from around the world. Samantha partners with clients to help them navigate this landscape, and to develop and grow a robust immigration program to support foreign national employees.

Having spent her entire career in immigration law, both as a paralegal and now as an attorney, Samantha can provide comprehensive immigration services to her clients because she fully understands the life cycle of each individual case. She handles non-immigrant visa processes including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, and O-1 petitions, as well as immigrant processes including PERM applications and EB-1 petitions.

Samantha spends significant time on-site with her clients, creating partnership and open communication with both employers and foreign national employees. She has traveled to the client site to conduct town hall meetings when there have been large changes in US immigration policy. She also regularly has on-site meetings with foreign national employees to begin their green card processes, ensuring efficient collaboration and partnership throughout the process.

Samantha has used this approach to manage the immigration program for a large software development company, among others. She has been on-site, interacting with foreign national employees on a regular basis and helping clients navigate the particularly challenging and constantly changing US immigration structure.

Samantha is proud to help clients hire the best and brightest employees for their workforce, regardless of citizenship. She enjoys working with foreign national employees and their families to help them feel secure and respected for their invaluable contribution to our country and our economy.
