Ms. Kinne is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s New York office. She advises and defends corporations, officers and directors in connection with litigation and government investigations. Ms. Kinne also represents parties in litigating contract and real estate disputes, including litigation of usage rights, condominium board disputes and co-op shareholder disputes. Ms. Kinne has significant experience preparing cases for trial, drafting and arguing motions and conducting depositions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kinne defended and counseled clients in class action, premise liability, medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits.

In her third year of law school, Ms. Kinne was selected to participate in the highly competitive Alexander Fellows Program, whereby she worked as a full time junior clerk for a semester in the chambers of the Honorable Patty Shwartz, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. While at Cardozo, Ms. Kinne served as the managing editor of Cardozo’s Moot Court Honors Society. She also completed pro bono work as a legal advocate for victims of domestic violence.
