Stacey Gallotta is a Senior Business Immigration Analyst in the Immigration Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Boston office.

With more than five years of experience in business immigration, she has prepared both nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including B-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, H-3, J-1, K-1, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-1C immigrant petitions, EB-2 and EB-3 PERM Labor Certification applications, as well as EB-5 immigrant investor petitions. She is also well-versed in the preparation of applications for Adjustment of Status and Naturalization.

Ms. Gallotta joined Seyfarth Shaw’s Immigration Practice in 2016 after working for five years as a paralegal at a Boston-based boutique law firm specializing exclusively in immigration law. During this time, she gained experience with U.S. immigration and outbound immigration matters. She worked extensively on E-2 Treaty Investor petitions, EB-5 Immigrant Investor petitions, L-1 nonimmigrant petitions, and O-1 nonimmigrant petitions, as well as H-1B nonimmigrant petitions, TN nonimmigrant petitions, Adjustment of Status applications, and PERM Labor Certification applications. As a member of the firm’s Global Practice team, she managed outbound immigration processes for the firm’s corporate clientele, facilitating the relocation process for individuals embarking on temporary work assignments in Australia, Canada, France, Poland, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

Prior to working in immigration, Ms. Gallotta was as a staff reporter for GateHouse Media, covering local government , education, and crime in several southeastern Massachusetts communities. She graduated from Stonehill College in 2009 with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Graphic Design. She also holds a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Boston University.
