Ms. Johnson is a Senior Affirmative Action Advisor with the Affirmative Action Consulting Team of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She specializes in all facets of affirmative action program development, development of statistical analyses, technical assistance, compliance evaluation preparation and management and all phases of the OFCCP compliance review process.

Ms. Johnson returned to Seyfarth Shaw in May 2005 after serving as a Government Compliance Manager for The Home Depot. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw initially in March 2001, Ms. Johnson worked as a human resources professional with affirmative action compliance responsibilities for Sears Roebuck and Co. for 14 years.

Ms. Johnson has assisted single and multi-facility establishments across a variety of industries on a nationwide basis. Her extensive expertise includes: 

  • Training of clients’ human resources staff responsible for affirmative action compliance and affirmative action plan development.
  • Compensation analysis, including the model currently recommended by the National Office of the OFCCP; Impact ratio analysis using individual client human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
  • Preparation for OFCCP Compliance Review, including self audits and the gathering of materials responsive to an OFCCP request for documents.
  • Development of affirmative action plans using clients’ databases or other information, including assistance in developing internal reporting and auditing mechanisms for affirmative action compliance.
