Steve brings deep knowledge of the law and practical experience of navigating workplace legal issues to help build workable solutions and sound practices that help enhance his clients’ operations.
Steve has spent his career working across the full range of employment law matters that employers face. He started his career at the Fair Work Commission in 2012, working for a judge and dealing with appeals, unfair dismissal cases, enterprise agreement approvals, and award review cases. Since coming into private practice in 2014, he has provided advice acted in litigation for clients large and small. He loves working with businesses over time to develop an in-depth knowledge of their operations and needs. In some cases he has acted for the same clients in relation to enterprise bargaining, responding to industrial action, Federal Court litigation, unfair dismissals, management of long-term illness and injury among the workforce, and day-to-day advice.
Steve delivers value for his clients efficiently, finding the right tools for each job.
