Stephen Gallagher is an associate in the Corporate Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s New York office, and is involved in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transaction matters.  Mr. Gallagher represents clients in various corporate matters including corporate governance, stock and asset transactions, joint ventures and related M&A work.  Mr. Gallagher also counsels clients on general corporate matters and prepares various agreements for different corporate entities.  In addition to his corporate M&A practice, Mr. Gallagher also counsels clients in various transactional intellectual property matters and prepares the related agreements.  Mr. Gallagher currently sits on the alumni board of Chaminade High School on Long Island.
