Mr. Fein is a partner in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  A member of the Real Estate Department, he focuses his practice on joint venture formations, joint venture equity investments, real estate related lendings, acquisitions and dispositions, and workouts. Among his clients are major financial institutions, pension funds, commercial banks, and private investors. His lending work includes permanent loans, bridge loans, construction financings, preferred equity investments, and mezzanine loans.

Mr. Fein is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate. He is a member of the Real Estate Sections of the Los Angeles County and California State Bars.
