Mr. Kennedy serves as managing partner of the Firm’s Atlanta office. He is also a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group focusing on lender, landlord, tenant, developer and investor representation in office, retail, industrial and multi-family development and leasing matters.

Mr. Kennedy represents developers in all aspects of the acquisition, development, construction, financing, joint venture formation, leasing and sale of multi-family, office and retail developments. Such representation includes land use, zoning/entitlement work, environmental reviews, construction contracting and structuring of equity investments. Mr. Kennedy represents institutional lenders in connection with secured financing, acquisition line of credit, letter of credit refinancing, and construction loan transaction in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC and Tennessee. Mr. Kennedy represents investor portfolios with respect to the acquisition, structuring and financing of multifamily portfolios.
