Ms. Roldan is a senior analytics specialist with the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  She specializes in all facets of affirmative action program development, development of statistical analyses, technical assistance and advice regarding affirmative action compliance issues.

Ms. Roldan has been with Seyfarth Shaw since 1977.  Prior to becoming a senior analytics specialist, she was the group’s affirmative action coordinator. As an affirmative action professional, she has assisted single and multi-facility establishments across a variety of industries on a nationwide basis. 

Ms. Roldan has been the project manager for a very significant client where she oversees hundreds of AAPs.  She oversees the client-specific Extranet and the technical aspects of it.  She has developed protocols and standards for development of plans to achieve the highest quality control possible.  She has coordinated and troubleshoots issues with data where data indicates problem areas that could result in liability or litigation for the client.  Ms. Roldan monitors changes in regulations – federal and state – regarding disabled and veteran’s issues. 

She is also project manager for a number of other major projects involving large clients, including Hewitt.  She has designed and implemented the job group organization for multiple clients, designed and implemented census code profiles and feeder group profiles as well.

Ms. Roldan’s specific experience includes:

  • Development of affirmative action plans using clients’ databases or other information, including assistance in developing internal reporting and auditing mechanisms for affirmative action compliance and impact ratio analysis using individual client human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
  • Performs special analyses involving reduction-in-force, compensation and other special circumstances relating to critical personnel or business decisions.
  • Serves as Project Manager for major clients with large workforces with heavy time demands and responsiveness to multiple employment related issues.
  • Serves as a technical resource for clients who are undergoing or preparing for compliance evaluations by the regulatory agencies.
