Tim McKeon is an associate in Seyfarth Shaw’s Boston office and is a member of the Litigation Department and the Bankruptcy, Workouts & Business Reorganization practice group.  
 
Mr. McKeon concentrates his practice on representing secured and unsecured creditors, officers and directors, contract counterparties, and estate fiduciaries in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, contested matters, adversary proceedings, and commercial litigations in state and federal courts. 
 
Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. McKeon was a bankruptcy and litigation associate within a national bankruptcy practice group at a law firm in Portland, Maine. During law school, Mr. McKeon served as a judicial intern for United States Bankruptcy Judge Robert E. Grossman, E.D.N.Y., and United States Bankruptcy Chief Judge Carla E. Craig, E.D.N.Y, as well as interned with the Department of Enforcement at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
