Mr. Sullivan is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth on the Real Estate practice group. 
 
Mr. Sullivan's practice focuses on the sale, acquisition, construction, development, and leasing of all types of real estate assets, as well as the formation and structuring of joint ventures. He has handled complex transactions for a variety of properties, including hotel, office, industrial, medical office, and apartment complexes. Mr. Sullivan has also advised private Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) in multibillion-dollar acquisitions and disposition programs. Prior to Seyfarth, Mr. Sullivan was an assistant general counsel at a top 10 U.S. home-builder. 
 
Mr. Sullivan has served as pro bono counsel for Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta and Covenant House Georgia. In 2005, Mr. Sullivan was awarded the Anti-Defamation League's Stuart Eizenstat Young Lawyer of the Year.
